search is terrible wrong

Hi,

I am using the latest version of woocommerce and wordpress . Using the free version, i am planning to buy the premium but in free version the search results are absolutely wrong even the perfect result is not showing in first 2 pages . only the free version will like this or premium also will be like this? . my store name spot2get.com our basic product name is “arduino uno r3” but its not showing the corretect product in first line and displaying some wrong stuf, and another product jumper wires not showing. Please check is their anything that i have to change to make my search better.
