Search is not taking me to the product page

When I first installed this app I could go to my site and type in a specific SKU for example ‘66666’ <- this is my test product.

Before it used to take me right to the product page, and that is exactly what I wanted.

I just noticed now (and maybe it’s due to an update?) when I type in 66666 it takes me to the search results page instead and will only show that one item. From there I have to click on that product in the search page which then will take me to the product page.

This is confusing the heck out of my customers as they are an older group, and all they understand is entering in the SKU and going right to the product. They are getting confused with the search result page and frankly it’s inconvenient now.

Any ideas on what happened or how to fix it?
