    The plugin has been tested in mobiles, please, check the following screenshot:

    If you have detected an issue with the plugin in your website, when is visited with a mobile’s browser, it is very probable that the issue be provoked by another plugin installed in your website, or by the active theme.

    Thank you for your quick response! I discovered the problem was not pa plugin conflict and was linked to the fact we are in the process of changing the web url slightly. The page was on the new url but the site settings were at the old url. Once I changed the settings to match the new url, everything worked as expected.
