• Hi,

I would need any viewer to search in the members page, and not only those who have a UM User Role. Do you know if this is possible?

    Hi @elgeorgito,

Do you mean that the search section doesn’t show up on the members page for not logged in users?
Please make sure that you have that latest 2.0.28 version of the plugin installed.
Do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with your theme or other plugins and see if this issue goes away. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test.

    Hi,

    Thank for your quick reply.

I have updated UM, done a conflict test & activated Twenty Fifteen, but it did not solve the issue. The members directory does not show the search bar when the user is not logged in (= when the user has no assigned WP Role).

Is there a way to include that members search bar even when the visitor did not log in? May be through a shortcode, editing, etc.?

    Thanx!

    Jorge

I mean a way to include the filters to a search in the members directory when the user is not logged in (in this case, the members page shows the directory, but you cannot filter)

I have the same issue, but i just added a note on top that the search filters are only available for logged in users. It’s actually a nice carrot to get people to register!
