Search in header breaks menu align

For this site caringvets.com when I opt to add search in the menu, there is a line through the menu and the search box is misaligned.

It works fine on the other site I am working on here: https://clermontfarmny.horseflydigital.com

I’ve tried multiple options with no luck on the first site and I am not sure why this is happening. I’ve removed it (for now) but can give you access to look and see why this is the case if that helps. Either way, we need the ability to have people search the site without it breaking the menu! Please help!
