    Hello,

    I have a problem.

    When I use “search ID” or “select Order statuses”, there is no change.

    Only the search with the date works.

    Thanks for using our plugin. I have a couple of questions regarding this so that I can look into it.

    1). Are you following all the steps mentioned in the description?
    2). I would like to know when you use “search ID” or “select order Statuses” there might be a chance that there is no product out there. Can you please just fill the “search ID” section with a relevant search ID then please let me know the results. Also, I would like you to have some screenshots where you facing this problem.
