Can you disable your cache plugin as this is affecting the CSS of the site.

I had W3 Total Cache running, I deactivated it.

Try this CSS:

#site-navigation .mobile-bar-items {
    top: 10px;
}

I even tried 50px, but the icon doesn’t move.

That CSS is working – i just checked your site and i can see the CSS with 50px margin added to the item which is moving the icon outside of the menu. Put it back to 10px and try clearing your browser caches.
