• The search icon (Appearance>Customize>General Settings) is toggled on, but it’s not working… Am I missing something?

    Thanks for getting in touch! It looks like you have a copy of the theme that’s a little over 6 years old, but the site is running the most recent version of WordPress. This is likely why it’s not functional, since there have been a whole lot of changes in WordPress over that time, and it’s probably not compatible with a semi-ancient version of the theme. The theme will need to be updated on your site to the latest version to keep things running smoothly.

    It looks like you’re using the Kale Pro theme though, and we’re only allowed to provide support for the free version here on the forums. Would you mind reaching out to us via the support form on our website if you have any trouble updating? Thanks so much!

    It looks like your site has a javascript error at the moment related to Monster Insights…errors like this (especially when the scripts are aggregated) can prevent other javascript functions from working normally.

    If you get that Monster Insights issue resolved and still have trouble with the search, just let us know and we’ll be happy to investigate further! ??
