Search Functions does not work as expected

    We have an issue on one of our Websites that the search funciton does not deliver the expected results.

    E.g. I search for events in Berlin. It shows me an event in Berlin as first hit, but also events in Nürnberg, which is way out the 50km I set in the Filter.

    I search for events scheduled betwenn April 1st and April 30th and I get results in March as well.

    Searching for certain words doesn’t work at all – there’s no way to identify why the listed events are chosen for that certain word.

    We need help to get this fixed as this is a crucial function on that website.

    The issue is also visible on fortbildungsfinder.de, but we need to find the solution on staging-site which currently is not visible, but credentials could be provided.

    WordPress is on 6.4.3
    Theme: Ocean WP
    Event Manager Plugin is on 6.4.7.2
    PHP-Version 7.4
