Search Function not working for support tickets

Hello,
I am using wordpress support tickets plugin in website.I used shortcodes to display tickets in page.But when I used search box(used plugin for advanced search), It can not search through support tickets.Like, When I search text from any tickets , they shows no result found in that page.
Let me know what I have to do.
