• I just installed your ‘free’ plugin version today. Of course I have many things to tweak and am considering upgrading to pro if all works out okay.

    Currently the major concern is the ‘search’ function is not working in my shop. I know what products I have listed, LOL. Despite that, whatever I try to search for using the mobile version on my phone, it says there are ‘no results’

    This plugin is not useful to me if my customers can’t perform a quick search to locate the products they are interested in.

    Hopefully this is a simple fix and NOT a ‘pro’ requirement.

    REALLY??? I ASKED why the ‘SEARCH’ function isn’t working and you give me a sales pitch about woocommerce themes, etc?? Everything is working FINE EXCEPT search doesn’t work. A Clear Cut straightforward answer would be appreciated. You just put a bad taste in my mouth with your useless reply…

    @sapience,

    We responded and let you know why the search is not working when searching for products. Only the MobileStore theme supports eCommerce (WooCommerce specifically) and MobileStore is a Pro-only theme.

    Again, we welcome you to try WPtouch Pro, which includes official support for WooCommerce. If you run into any issues that we can’t resolve, we’ll happily process a refund in full for you.
