Search function not working

    Notice that the search order function not working in the system.
    no matter what i use it is not running and working.

    dear sir,
    yes the search order is not working
    i do key in the number (e.g. 13317) it is not loading anything
    i key in #13317 it is not loading anything
    i tried to key in Order #13317 it is still not loading

    but 13317 is indeed a proper order in the system
