• I am having trouble with your search widget on our site in the sidebar here: https://www.yourwhiteknight.com/properties/

Specifically with the Year and Square Footage. These were working before we upgraded but now they don’t. The bedroom and bathroom were set up the same (using the + symbol) and they didn’t work either. I changed them to a dropdown without the + but it only searches for the specific number of rooms.

We would like to be able to search anything built after a specific year (2005+ searches for anything 2005 and up) or above a specific sq. footage (1500+ search for 1500 sq feet and up). Ideally we would like to switch back the beds and baths to be 1+, 2+, 3+, etc. and have it so if you search for 2+ it will return everything with 2 or more bedrooms.

Is there a way to do this? I have tried using text dropdown ranges, and range dropdowns in the Developer Settings Tab but they don’t work either.

    Hello,

I did some tests on your site. Property Search works well for me and I do not see any issues with it.

    Anyway, please, be sure that:

    • Prices, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Year, Square Feet and other numeric attributes have enabled option ‘Numeric’ on ‘Developer’ tab on WP-Property Settings page
    • You cleared cache on ‘Help’ tab on WP-Property Settings page. Look for ‘Clear cache’ button there.
