search function in Admin ‘insert download’ modal window?

    Greetings all

    MY PROBLEM:
    I have created hundreds of downloads in the CMS. When i try to add these to a page – in the ‘edit page’ CMS/admin view – clicking the ‘insert download’ button brings up a modal window with a list of downloads – this is paginated and not powerful enough for me to find specific downloads quickly.

    MY QUESTION:
    Is there a way to add a search the list of downlaods in the ‘insert download’ modal window? – or at least increase the number results listed per page?

    We use the default WordPress media modal box. To change the way it works, you will need to add custom code which is beyond the scope of our support.
