Search from NextGen Gallery too

    hi there,

    I do have a requirement that is not being covered in NextGen at the moment or I am not aware of it.

    Current default search of my site searches from posts only. That is fine but I have added the same tags in my NextGallery too and I want my search result to show result from NextGen Gallery too, which is not being done at the moment.

    I search for this and found some add on plugin but that are adding a search-box on the landing page of gallery and shows result there but I do not want to do that,

    I just want to have a single search in my site and that should search from posts and next-gen gallery too.

    Please suggest me a way for this.

    @meet1347 – You submitted a Bug Report for this same topic. As is, all we do recommend is providing your visitors with a plugin as unfortunately the WordPress search functionality tends to leaves things to be desired.
