Search form returns everything in a mess

  • When searching on my site everything is returned in a mess, posts and pages overlapping each other, is there a way to fix this?
    Im using a child theme that I created with Orbisius Child Theme Creator, turning the plugin off and on does nothing, but when switching to the Pinboard theme everything works fine, so this seems to be a problem in my child theme.
