Search Form Not Working on Lite?

I’m interested in this plugin and going pro if it works out but I cannot get the search form to work on the lite version.
My test site is https://teg.name and it just disappears when I switch from Use as Dropdown to Use as Search Form. Here is an admin screenshot:
