Search form doesn’t work on Safari browser

The problem with Safari is that you can’t search only by make (without specify any model). It’s compulsory select a model.

I Chrome browser you can serach by make without specify model.

I would like to have the same resault in Safari.

I see the issue. You can try to add the attribute multiple="true" to the model shortcode to search without selecting a model in the Safari browser.
