Search form and menu bar

  • Hi,
    I have tried to fix a problem I have with the header of my site but I can’t figure how to solve it, so I must ask help

    1. The search form is not working, tried to solve it using this advice

    but it didn’t work still.
    when you write a search and enter it, it just goes back to the homepage, and even when you write your search the field to add the search disappears.

    2. The links on the menu bar, those words in Chinese stop working some time ago, and I don’t know why neither.
