Search for locations and areas

Hi,

I am looking for a plugin to do the following:
Each author on my website should be able to define one or many areas where he/she is offering courses/trainings.
On the website I want to display a map where the user can enter his location and as a result sees all trainers that offer courses in his area. It is similar to a store locator functionality with the difference that each author/trainer can have more than one area/location resp. ist is not one address but a polygone where he/she is offering their services.
I couldn’t find a proper solution within the free version of your tool, but maybe I missed something.

Is it possible to cover that requirement and if so how?
