    I would like to be able to search for tags and categories. Right now it only searches in the post. How can I make this happen?

  • Can you include the site you are making searches. how are you searching? post the code you wrote too?

    Search functionality is a core WordPress feature and not something found within the theme.

    You might want to post in the Plugins forum to ask for a recommendation of an advanced search plugin that might do what you’re looking for.
