Are you using WooCommerce? Is the “Product attributes table” option enabled? If so, you’re having the same problem as described here. There’s a solution outlined there, and it’s possible I’m able to provide a more general fix in the next version of Relevanssi.

If that’s not your case, then please provide more information about your environment.

yes i am using woocommerce i sell photos and vectors that s why i have huge products.
may you tell me what you meant about “Product attributes table”? (that is a Relevanssi option? cuz i did not find any option in Relevanssi settings.)
unfortunately “solution” you mentioned, did not work for me.

another issue is when i use “synonyms” or also “some keywords” the shop filter will be completely disappeared . (seems some keywords or synonyms has this problem)
i changed 2-3 themes during last 2 years but these issues remain.

The “product attribute table” is a WooCommerce option. WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Advanced.

The other issue is an incompatibility issue with WooCommerce filters and Relevanssi. The problem happens when you do a search that uses Relevanssi to find results: custom fields, synonyms or something else that the default WP search does not find. The filters do not use Relevanssi, they use the default WP search. If the default WP search finds nothing, the filters won’t appear, as they think there’s nothing to filter. That is, unfortunately, hard-coded that way and WooCommerce should be changed to support Relevanssi – that is unlikely to happen.

    yes that option is checked.
thank you for WP search explanation ??
but i still have problem with filters for usual keywords (for both woo and ur plugin)
colors or … doesnt filter the results i hope you find a way in next updates because i really want to use Relevanssi plugin cuz your plugin is the best so simple useful and powerful, i appreciate that , man
    thank you

Ok, so that’s the same problem there. The solution in the other thread does work in your case, it just needs some work to make it match your filters – it’s the same solution I will include in Relevanssi core if I manage to generalize it easy enough, so if you want this fixed now, that’s the way to go.
