Search/Filter by first letter of a product

I want to know if its possible to find products in a table using the first letter of the product name in a single column.

for example..
A fruits product list with 100 products
I want to search for a product (example oranges) using the search box, but soon as I type the letter?O I want all the products starting with O to show up. Without having to put 3 letters into the search box. (example Ora).? Can this be done easily with TablePress, since I’m not a programmer.
