Search filed – Invoice number

  • Hi
    Can people search for their invoices by using their Invoice Ref in a search field on the website?

    i.e Bill/invoice was sent by post (not email) and the client is coming back to the website and by entering their unique invoice ref/no in a search field it will then take them to their bill page and continue with their payment!???

  • Hello,

    You can use “Invoice Lookup” widget by searching Invoices by their number. As long as you have the invoice in the system, the customer will be able to search the system for it.
