Search field not showing / not working

    Hello,

    the search field associated to my table is not showing on Safari browser. I can see it on Chrome, but search is not working anymore. In the first place, it did.

    I checked your FAQ, and tried to analyze the error as recommended, but the error messages do not correspond to your suggestions.

    Any idea what I can do else?

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    I do see a JS error that might be related to the loading of jQuery. Unfortunately, I can’t really find out more right now, because of the JavaScript minification and concatenation that your site is using, via a plugin. Can you maybe temporarily turn that off?

    No. I checked with Safari and Firefox, nothing changed. The search term is greyed, and a request does not produce any answer…

    Hi Eric,

    it certainly worked for me, strange…

    However, it seems that you have now turned on WP Rocket again? It looks like that (or something else) is again breaking the JavaScript entirely :-/

    May I conclude that TablePress is not compatible with WP Rocket?

    Hi,

    no, that’s not the case.
    You’ll just have to figure out the appropriate configuration for WP Rocket so that it does no longer break the JavaScript code that it minifies and concatenates.
