Search field for tags

Hi,
I’d like to have a search field, where i can type in a word i previously used as a tag and if i hit the search button it should be the same result as if i clicked on the corresponding tag.

Also it should give me suggestions, similar to the field where i add Tags to a new post.
Is this possible?
