Search Field Disappears only on Page 2

I’m using WP version 4.9.3.2 with this plugin, which might explain compatibility issues, but thought I’d still ask this question. I have a custom WP site with a search field in the header; there’s nothing strange here as I’m using the standard code (<?php get_search_form(); ?>) to display the search field.

The issue is when I page to page 2 of the site, the search field completely disappears. Page to page 3 and all other pages and the search field is fine, where it belongs. So, it’s just happening on page 2. Does anyone know of a fix for this?
