Hi, I’m using WP Job Manager 1.40 with WordPress 3.7.1. While I find the Job Filters feature useful, is there a way to use it like a search engine? We have a search bar on the sidebar of all pages. I would like to be able to search (with filters) from the sidebar from anywhere within the site, and have the results displayed on a Search Results page. Is that possible?

As [jobs] shortcodes are self-contained this won’t be possible.

If you are/had a developer, customisation to the theme could make it fully support the job_listing post type so you’d have a real post type archive which would be searchable, then you’d no longer need to rely on shortcodes.
