search facility across many folders

    Hi, I have created a number of document Catfolders which each have their own search facility, but this only searches the open folder. I’m trying to add a search facility which will search all folders for the text in the search box. Is this possible? You will also see that I collapse each folder when it’s not being used using the Collapse-O-Matic plugin to collapse and expand each folder.

    Basically I want to be able to search for a PDF file across all the folders when they are all collapsed.

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately, we do not have that feature.

    I will suggest that the you use bulk-select all folders and let all the files be displayed in one gallery block.

    Thanks Alina. Unfortunately I need to either have them in different folders or indexed by category as there re a lot of documents. You may consider this question closed.
