Search Existing Customers with Phone Number

Hi,
Very nice plugins. It is working fine. May I suggest a few points to make it better:

1. The Billing and Shipping detail form is already filled with the information of the register user or shop manager. Since it is intended for email or phone order, it is better to make it blank so that it is easier to create NEW Customer.
2. I am sorry but I could not retrive the information of the existing customer using the email address. It just show the information of register user as I said above. Could you please include a tab where we could type the email of existing customer and get all the information if it matches the existing customers?
Could you please show a link for the demo site?

3. To make it even better I suggest to use Phone instead of email. Using numner is more easy and accurate. So, it is better if we could get the information of the existing customer using telephone number (not email like the one in point 2 above) and system use that to fill the Billing and Shipping detail form (using email could be confusing to use while taking order on the phone.) Can you create a tab where we can insert the phone number of existing customer and all the Billing and Shipping detail filled automatically if it mateches the existing customer?
