Search Exclude same as no-index Yoast?

    Hi,

    My client uses the Yoast plugin on her site.
    Is this plugin doing something different then Yoast’s no-index?

    I try to have as less plugins as possible. That’s why… ??

    Yes, this plugin does a different thing. This one excludes pages/posts from internal WordPress search result page and does not affect search engines visibility. While Yoast’s AFAIK is vice versa.
