Search Everything 4.1

  • I’ve downloaded this new version and it appears in my plugins page, but when I try to activate it the plugins page simply refreshes itself and the plugin doesn’t activate. The message at the top of the page says it wasn’t activated because it triggered a fatal error.
    Has anyone else come across this behaviour?
    The previous version worked fine for me.
