[Search] Event Calendar Plugin, one Calendar for all users?

Hello.

Exist a plugin, to give users the possibility to make a calendar entry in a Calender for the whole site?

Every user and visitor should have the possibility, to see all events in one board calendar.
And very useful would be a function to sort optional by distance etc..
And for example a email alarm for events (in a radius of x km/miles, types of eventss etc.).
