Search engine WP Job Manager

Could you please help me with the following case?:

WP Job Manager plugin, embedded in a page of my site the line [jobs] automatically loads all the jobs created by me, for example : Engineer, architect, lawyer, etc.

I would like the work that I created were not pre loaded automatically when you open the page but were pursued by the candidate for the position, for example: I am interested in a lawyer’s job so, going in search and keyword or local I type item lawyer and find a place available .

In other words, I wanted the jobs available appear only on search.
