Search engine in member directory

Hi There,

I installed and activated Ultimate Member for the WP website of an association. One of the profile fields is a specific role in our association : president, vice-president, secretary… This field is set up through a scrollable list. When using the search engine on this role, I use this latter.

Problem : if I choose “president”, the results does not only display the president but also the vice-president. Is there a way to search on the exact role? Thank you.
