Search engine blocking my website

Hi everyone,

I was preparing and building a website on my computer locally and because i wanted to work on the site when i was taking my laptop with me i was needed to open it for the web (but without letting Google index my site). But when i was finished working on it i was uploading the site to my paid webhost and i FORGOT to activate the indexing on Google so i then clicked to index it on the search engines but now it won’t work for me. Google says my robots.txt doesn’t allow information of the site. But i have no robots.txt file on my server?? What to do, this is really frustrating error for me…
