Search doesn’t work very well

    I have loads of images that are in the galleries that the search won’t find. I tried adding other search plugins to help but nothing happens.

    It cannot find metadata or EXIF data properly.

    Hi @guilby

    We are sorry to hear you are having issues with the search function. NextGEN can import Title, Caption/Description and IPTC Keywords, the latter will populate the tags field in the galleries.

    Search is a paid function so, if you have an account please log in to imagely.com/acccount and open a support ticket from there so we can better help you.
