search doesn’t seem to work very well.

    Does anyone else have problems with the events search?

    If I search for “SANCTUM SANCTORIUM” in the events section of the admin panel, it returns the single event with it in the title “Sanctum Sanctorium – The Darkside of the 80’s”.

    If I search for “SANCTUM SANCTORIUM” in the search bar it just seems to return all the results? What is it searching?

    If I change from Twenty Twenty One, to Astra, it just returns no results on a search at all. :/

    Hmm. This is working better than I though, but is confusing. The event I was searching for was in the past, which is why it wasn’t coming up in the results. What was confusing was that I was searching on Twenty Twenty One to avoid any customisations. That was just returning everything though when searching, but when using Astra it returned no results. An odd difference between two unmodified themes.

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble.

    Please let me know if the issue with the search bar remains while all other plugins except The Events Calendar are disabled. Also, let me know which of our plugins you currently use on your site.

    I am setting up a sandbox site to try and reproduce the issue there, and this information will help.
