“search” Database Error

I upgraded my WP to 2.3 and recently found out that my blog can no longer do search function. It always return a database error saying “…..wp_post2cat’ doesn’t exist]….”
I tried to search around but all I can see is incompatible plugin. I disable all plugin it is still the same, it just can’t seem to be resolved. Any idea?
