Search Console does not see Pages in Sitemap

  • Hi, your example posts are in https://africabusiness.com/sitemap-posttype-post.2012.xml at number 470 and 475 and in https://uaebusiness.com/sitemap-posttype-post.2016.xml at number 152. So they are presented to Google for indexing. However, that does not mean Google will do so and there is no way to FORCE it to do so.

    What you CAN do is open these posts for editing and (with or without actually modifying anything) save them. Then go to Settings > XML Sitemap and hit the “Ping Search Engines” button.

    This will change the Lastmod date in the sitemap, and sending the sitemap again might cause Google to take a closer look and maybe get around to actually indexing these posts…
