Search capability?

Hi lenasterg,
I think it’d be useful to be able to search file titles, descriptions, and uploaders. Do you have a feature like that already under way? If not, I’d be happy to try building it myself and submitting a pull request. In that case, would you have an idea of the best way of making a search function?
