Search by proximity and multiple taxonomies

I am trying to create a search form/filter that includes proximity, age range, venue type, cost ranges, category, etc. A good example of what I’m trying to do is this: https://bayareaparent.com/event/. Can it be done with Geo My WP? Is there any way to have the results update as each filter is applied? Do you need an add on to do it (Premium Settings?)?
