It seems you want to create pages with predefined criteria. if No, please explain more about your needs.

You can use WPL shortcode wizard for this: https://support.realtyna.com/index.php?/Default/Knowledgebase/Article/View/591/ For creating a listing page with predefined neighborhood, you can add this to the WPL shortcode: sf_locationtextsearch=”Neighborhood Name”

For showing new and for sale listings you can use WPL tags addon and WPL shortcode wizard. You can add a new tag named “New” and use it for new listings. You can find WPL tags addon manual here: https://support.realtyna.com/index.php?/Default/Knowledgebase/Article/View/660/

For showing sale listings you can use “For Sale” listing type as well.
