We have this issue fixed at our end. I’ll need you to download the fix from the below link and replace the file with the original file.

No problem!

However we are encountering issues with this patch unfortunately. This file above seems to be named differently than the file in the original plugin, as is, it throws a fatal error:

Original Plugin File Name: class-alg-wc-custom-order-numbers.php
Patch File Name: class-alg-wc-custom-order-numbers-core.php

We tried removing “core” at the end which stops the fatal error, however the settings tab in Woocommerce is no longer visible.

We also tried just copying the code into the original plugin file which also causes a fatal error:

Is there something we need to do additionally to get this patch dropped in?

No, the file name is correct. After downloading the file from the above link, you will need to go to “wp-content/plugins/custom-order-numbers-for-woocommerce/includes/” folder where “class-alg-wc-custom-order-numbers-core.php” file is already available.

You can replace the downloaded file with the original file here.
