Search by Category Slugs

    When searching through product categories on the menu creation page

    In the admin screen?
    No need to search, since you can filter by category in the products list.

    Or you can go to the product categories page and click in the count of products.
    This ones shows a URL link wp-admin/edit.php?product_cat=clothing&post_type=product.

    I am looking at the Product Categories section in Appearance > Menus.

    Here is a screenshot of multiple categories with the same name:

    Is there a way I can filter using slugs?

    No, only names. This is a WordPress feature – it’s not controlled by WooCommerce.
