    Hi!
    We discovered that the search bar is not looking for category names. For examples; “papelería” is a category and its not showing anything. For example “colección” shows a few products that have that word on tags or description, not on category name. Do you know what could be the problem.

    We already reset the search form and disable other plugins. Thank you very much!

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    I could confirm the issue on your website but it is working fine on my website.

    Please test it by deactivating all other plugins especially search plugins.

    Also, try creating and using a new custom search form instead of using the Default Search Form.

    Hi Vinod!
    Thank you very much for your answer.

    I tried deactivating plugins and also with new form.

    I could check using ajax that it finds them but not showing them on results.

    This can be a theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporarily use the Twenty Twenty One theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site theme issue.

    Thank you very much but I ve already tried going back to twenty twenty one, but I have the same result.

    Can you think of any other thing that could cause the problem.
