  • Hi @fabiograsso,

Have you tried reinstalling the Astra theme? Just in case there are one or more corrupted files that occurred during the update process.

If it doesn’t help please try to rollback Astra to the previous version. If the latest update is the culprit, rolling back to the previous versions should fix the issue. You can use a plugin like WP Rollback to rollback Astra easily.

Please let us know how you go.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

I had no time for futher investigation, but on my two websites the issue is still present, even after upgrade to 4.5.1.

Instead of arguing about the fact that a user has continued this thread (which makes more sense to me than opening a new one for the same problem!) can you tell us if and when it will be resolved?

    Thank you

Hi guys, just so you know that even the theme/plugin author will not be able to delete any comments in this forum. Only the forum moderators can do it.

Further, this is not their forum, not my team’s forum, not your forum either. This is our forum, WordPress users. However, when we are not respecting the forum’s rules/guidelines, that means we are trying to make this forum as our own.

Despite I had a small “problem” with the mod in the past, I still have my respect to them for taking care this forum for all of us.

Apart from that, it’s easy to start our own thread in this forum. So, everyone should have no problem to do that. When starting a new thread, we can also cross-link to other threads that we think are related.

Well, regarding the initial query. Yes, it is an issue that is happening only if you are still using Astra old Header/Footer. That’s the reason why we suggested to use the new Header Footer Builder (HFB) instead.

    Hope it clarifies everything.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
