Search Broken in 1.36.1+

    It seems that there is a bug that was entered into search in version 1.36.1. Searching for MyCity, ST now turns up all listings in the state, defeating the purpose of searching for job listings at “MyCity” in the desired state.

    I have tested this with just WP Job Manager activated on a fresh WordPress installation with a default theme, and this behavior persists–I would appreciate help with a fix.
