    Search box not working, it was working fine but now it doesn’t filter our keywords.

    I just verified our FAQ Search in the link you have provided and it seems to work fine.

    Could you please clarify what exactly you mean with some screenshots or a screen recording so that I might better understand what exactly is the issue you are facing?
