Hi, I’m having an issue with the search box. The site is in spanish. When you search any word with “?” it sends you to the homepage.

    Hi there!

This is quite unusual. I tested searching with “?” on a standard WooCommerce website to see how it should work, and it works like you would image: it returns associated products (or nearest to).

When I add such a character to your search however (?,ü,? also does it), your site creates a 403 error (Forbidden), and redirects to the front page. You can see that error if you right-click on your site, select “Inspect” and then view the “Network” tab when you do the search. Here’s what it looks like: https://d.pr/i/CpRBg4

It seems like your site views those characters as an attempt to access something that’s not allowed. I would look at any security plugins you have installed, perhaps your theme has such a setting, or otherwise reach out to your host in case it’s an account-level setting.
